I also experienced receiving the wrong model, but as others have noted, that's not a problem with the item. I would add that I did receive the correct product two days after reporting the error, at no additional expense to me. The enclosure itself is simple to assemble and works as advertised. My one complaint would be that the instructions could be a little more explicit and better written. It took quite a bit of research online to find out I didn't need to change the jumpers. I would recommend this product. It worked great the first time I plugged it in. I'm using it to recover data from the hard drive that was my old desktop PC. Once I'm sure that I have everything useful off it, I'll reformat it and use it has an external back-up drive. I don't know how much of a problem heat will be, but since it doesn't have a built in fan, I'm not going to leave it on all the time.

Ordered it mid-Dec '09, had it for a month and dead. First, it was missing one mount screw and since the drives do not fit snug the shorts screws barely catch. Took me about 30 mins to get it seated correctly AND if the screws are not seated correctly you can't slide on the side screw covers. Gave it one last try today and, as it did before, it failed a disk format. 98% this time. I then went to disconnect the IDE cable and the cable broke in my hand. Bottom line, it's cheaply made and the hardware is not reliable. Spend an extra $10 and get something better. Or just throw away your IDE drive.

Easy to use right out of the box. This enclosure will allow you to connect an older hard drive (i.e. one with an IDE--aka ribbon--connection) to your newer computer through a USB connection. The 3.5" version is for older desktop hard drives, so if you have an old laptop hard drive, make sure to get the 2.5" version. Once you have the old hard drive connected and inserted into the enclosure, you just plug the enclosure into a USB port on your current computer and you have instant access to your old hard drive with all of it's files (photos, emails, etc...). You can also use it for expanded storage if there is room left on it.

I just bought two 22 Inch widescreen displays for my Dual G5 Mac tower. The video card it came with was a dual head (one DVI and one Apple Display Connector (ADC). This cable allowed me to connected the proprietary Apple port to a standard DVI port and get video out of the ADC to the display. Beautiful results.

i did some resarch online and figured out this was the adapter i needed to hook up an older G4 tower (2001-ish) to a new 20 inch apple cinema display. I haven't used it much (thankfully since its only a back-up system incase my first generation macbook pro goes from just acting quarky to dead); but the few times i have use it, it works fine. If you are sure this is what you need, i'd recommend it, but make sure this is the right type of DVI since there are digital and analog versions.

I was more than a little disappointed with this product. The case fit nicely over my GPS60CSx, but the plastic had a lot of glare to it, which made the LCD even harder to see in low light. The plastic also had some imperfections, which made it even harder to see. The neoprene case and carabener (sp?) were nice, but the plastic just ruined the usefulness.
I just ordered the Invisable Shield for the 60CSx, and will probably cut the plastic out the case, and use the Invisible Shield protective cover. It's not worth the hassle to return. Almost a good product, but it's no good if you can't see the display!

When I first became addicted to dancing games, specifically Dance Dance Revolution, I went right out and purchased a game for the Playstation, along with a pair of Naki dance mats. And for the first few weeks, I really had a lot of fun playing.

Then, I got better. And the pads got worse. As I moved up to harder and faster songs, the mats started sliding around significantly on the carpet. They stopped responding fast enough when I had to step on them quickly. I started to become annoyed with them very quickly, and haven't touched them in months, preferring to play on arcade machines.

The mat is sufficient for a beginning player. But the problem is that no player will stay a beginner for long, and the mat doesn't have the quality to be truly useful for more advanced players. There's also a very significant engineering flaw with the mats - often, you'll step on one of the arrows, and your foot will overlap one of the corner buttons. And when that happens, often no other button on the pad will respond until you've stopped stepping on the multiple buttons at once. When you're playing on a faster song, it becomes very easy for this to occur, and suddenly the controller is not registering steps that you're making. This is not a flaw in the Playstation either - the standard controllers work fine in this situation, and higher quality dance mats don't have that problem either. This is simply a huge engineering flaw in these pads.

So I'd recommend that you stay away from these mats, and find ones of higher quality if you plan on seriously playing dance games on your Playstation. They'll cost more, but they'll also last a lot longer.

This mat is great for beginners. It won't last too long for advance users but this mat is a great way for a beginners to learn how to play. Some people recommend duct tapping plywood on the bottom of the mat some it responds better, but if you get a mat anywhere, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND getting one on eBay. Usually, they are brand new and factory sealed. They usually come in a sets of two (one for you and a friend) and sell for about $8.50 like this one (either in XBox or PS2) and $15.95 for shipping (The Buy It Now price on eBay is usually $8.50 but you can still bid on it to save a couple of bucks). Shipping for these mats on amazon.com are $4.49 for 3-5 day shipping and $8.98 for two day shipping so you still come out ahead on eBay. I got a mat that retails for $130 (its sort of like the mat that sells for $99 here; its more expensive because it has extra padding and it will last longer) for $20 and $25 dollar shipping. For hardcore fans who really got some moves and play the DDR games a lot, eBay has the metal dance mats with the bar (looks exactly like the one in the arcades) for about $150 (not including shipping). Otherwise, this is an awesome mat but if you want to save money and get one for when a friend comes over, get one on eBay (if you get one on eBay, search ddr or search ddr extreme).

Dance Pad Non Slip PS2 Review by piff (Ny)

This is a warning for everyone...DO NOT BUY THIS PAD UNTIL YOU READ MY REVIEW! I will start off with the bad first. First off, the pad is LESS that 1 inch thick meaning that there is no padding to support your feet. After 30 minutes the MAX your feet will be sore. Second, the no padding means that this pad will rip very easily...yep, after about a month of use the bottom got all ripped up and now it looks all ugly with ductape all over the bottom. Now here's the worst thing with this pad- it slips. If you plan on playing on a hard wood surface then forget it...the pad will slip to the other end of the room before you know it.

Now for the good features...well...err..is cost efficient, extremely cheap compared to the quality pads. You pay for what you get. Umm...it looks nice?? Well thats about all I can think of.

If you an extreme DDR player, then this pad is definately not for you. If you play on basic or light, then you can consider this pad for your starting pad if you have absolutely no money to buy another pad. This is the cheapest and worst kind of pad there is...it will last you for about a month the most. For players like me who play on heavy or even people that play on standard will see that this pad wont even last them through one game. All the slipping and no padding effects your score and your feet. ...

I've gotten lots of compliments on this case. It has a snug fit for my iPod 5G 80gb. The acrylic backing is quite thick but it still docks into the base that came with my HTiB by Panasonic. I can still use my Monster iCarPlay Wireless FM Transmitter although the plug cannot fully insert due to the thickness of the acrylic casing & snug opening. Easy to access the Hold switch & earphone jack. Love the fact that I didn't have to fuss with a squeegee screen protector or a bunch of stickers to protect the click wheel.

I purchased this last week and it fits really great. I have read reviews on other cases where you end up scratching your iPod by just inserting it into the case. With this case the iPod slides right in and the front cover slides in on top of it. The pink looks great with my black iPod. I also like that it covers the click wheel and screen. There is plenty of room to get to any buttons and ports without ever taking it out of the case. I am very pleased with this case.

Finally found a great iPad case! I use my iPad for everything (sorry laptop computer) so it was very important to find a case that worked on my lap, a desk, an airplane tray table, offered protection but didn't weigh my purse down too much! Kind of hard to believe that this one does all that and is only $15! I purchased two others before this one that cost $50 and they failed miserably in comparison. The leather one I had was much thicker, only had two positions and got flimsy over time and would fall flat when in use. This one is very thin for leather, more rigid and has six positions, and stays in the position you put it in! I also purchased one from the Apple store that was very thin, I didn't think it offered any protection and it also seemed flimsy. I was at an airport when I saw someone with this case, I asked them where they got theirs, so I jumped onto Amazon and bought this right there in the airport terminal! Don't waste your money like I did trying to find a case that works, do yourself a favor and buy this case!

When I purchased this product, it was mainly for two reasons: The price combined with the digital tuning feature. I liked that it had the search feature and the preset stations, as opposed to the other cheap armband radios which merely had manual tuning. Well, the digital tuning is great, although somewhat awkward; I frequently find myself hitting the wrong buttons as I jog/work out due to the tiny buttons. And whoever put the tiny "set station" button next to the other preset station buttons deserves to be smacked around, I find myself accidentally hitting the "set station" button, then screwing up my other presets. I live in Chicago, so there are dozens of radio stations, but I find the reception with the Koss PP257 is slightly below average. I pick up the mega-stations easily, but some of the less powerful (yet still local) stations fade in and out as I jog along. And if you're inside, forget about getting any stations unless your gym/club has good reception (It hasn't worked at several of the Bally Total Fitness gyms in Chicago). I recommend asking people who wear armbands in your gym what kind of reception they're getting first. My summary, I recommend for outdoor fitness if you're looking for an affordable armband radio. Do more research for indoor gyms or you're throwing your money away.

I bought this radio to use on the walking portions of my daily commute from downtown Chicago to the suburbs (I take the train in between). Unfortunately the reception is terrible in both places: multiple stations fading in and out with bursts of static common. I had hoped that the digital tuning would give improved reception over my old analog Sony, but no! I may have to fish the old Sony out of the trash -- as bad as it can be, it's better than this one, alas. Very disappointing!

This device is a dream. I went from wire hell to a clean Sirius setup stashed away in my 2000 323i. Contrary to the reviewer that said their circuit remains on all the time, the model BMW I have will turn this circuit off when I lock the car. I never leave my car unlocked so this setup works fine. Love it!

That being said, here is how I use this product:

I took a small specialty box that fits in my glove compartment when closed. I happened to find a sturdy box that came with an award/trophy. I then cut out a square the size of the Starmate 5 radio, mounted the radio inside, bundled and stashed the wires behind the radio, close up the box, and it all fits in my glove compartment. The Sirius antenna sits in the right corner of the dash and the wire goes a couple feet down into the glove. When I drive, I open the glove and use the remote to change channels. Oh yeah, and I use the FM frequency to connect to the radio. The reception is fine for talk radio, but I will use a tape adapter if I wish to have higher quality sound for music, etc, but means more wires.
